Starting out as a seal go to the right up the stairs. You will then go to the left and see 4 or 5 tall structures attached to the wall. Go straight though and go to the opening right before the overpass you will turn left then next right and walk up stairs. There is a ledge you will climb the ledge now this is the important part DO NOT touch the right analog stick. Walk backwards off the ledge and down the stairs. As you walk backwards go to the 3rd structure hanging out of the wall. Run and dive sideways into the wall and you will teleport onto the structure and you can get into the wall a bit when you get in it.
